Use this Mobility Ball Kit to get deep into the tissue of your muscles and mobilise your fascia.
There are two balls contained within one bag…
Take a ball out of the bag to use individually, or use the two balls and the bag together as a ‘peanut ball’ to roll the erector spinae muscles running down each side of your spine, releasing your tight thoracic spine.

Very firm ball, so no hiding from those trigger points! Solid construction that will outlive me😊. The neck of my bag is too tight, making it incredibly difficult to get the ball out. Have mentioned it to DRT for future review, but mine may be an odd one.

The balls are very hard. There is no give to them. It’s exactly what I was looking for and what I needed, but if you like a softer massage ball or one with some give, these may not be for you.
